If I am purchasing equipment for another person, I will download and deliver this information to the person using the products. I will also review the safety information that accompanies the products and will also ensure that this information also is delivered to the user of the products.

I agree to hold harmless Lift-It Manufacturing Co,, Inc from any and all liability, lawsuits, claims, judgments, attorneys' fees and costs of every nature, including injury or death, arising out of the use of the product, however caused, except claims or litigation arising through the sole negligence or willful misconduct of Lift-It Manufacturing Company, Inc.

All goods are custom made and Non-returnable. Order cancelations are not accepted for any reason including but not limited to: I received an error message from the credit card processor I elected to use, I did not know if the order went through, I ordered from somewhere else, I did not order the correct parts, I did not know what I was ordering, my Boss told me to order the wrong equipment. Any return that is negotiated must be authorized and must include a return authorization number. Authorized returns will be subject to a restocking charge to include but not limited to: outbound freight, return freight, restocking charges and finance charges. Goods must be in their original packaging, new and unused.
