I agree to hold harmless Lift-It Manufacturing Company, Inc from any and all liability, lawsuits, claims, judgments, attorneys' fees and costs of every nature, including injury or death, arising out of the use of the product, however caused, except claims or litigation arising through the sole negligence or willful misconduct of Lift-It Manufacturing Company, Inc.

All goods are custom made and Non-returnable, order cancelations are not accepted. Any return that is negotiated must be authorized and must include a return authorization number. Authorized returns will be subject to a restocking charges to include but not limited to: outbound freight, return freight, restocking charges and finance charges. Goods must be in their original packaging, new and unused.
