Train-the-Trainer I

TRAIN-the-TRAINER 1 PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - 32 Hours

Sling & Rigging (16 hour) and Sling & Rigging Hardware Inspection I (8 Hour) are required prerequisites for Train the Trainer I and are included in the price.  Train-the-Trainer I provides an overview of the necessary elements to successfully develop and communicate lesson plans which efficiently transfer knowledge. Retention of lessons learned, aversion to risky behavior and behavior modification resulting in the application of proper practices and techniques is the goal of all safety training. Train-the-Trainer I will enable safety professionals to successfully communicate an enhanced message on any subject and is much more than a mere repetition of the sling, rigging and inspection training content. Topics include: enabling and terminal objectives, outline development, presentation style and methodology. Student presentations are recorded and critiqued. Students also receive an Inspector Trainer Kit valued at $ 1,500.00. The Lift-It Train-the-Trainer I Professional Development Program is where trainers learn HOW to train.  Students receive a certificate issued by LEEA.
